Attorney Michael E. Swain is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Michael received his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
While attending Syracuse Univ. College of Law, Michael received numerous accolades including the Chancellor's Award for Public Engagement and Scholarship in Action as well as the CALI Award for Agency & Partnership. Some of his activities during law school were volunteering for the Cold Case Justice Initiative and serving as a CLE coordinator for the New York State Bar Association.
Atty. Swain’s prior legal experience includes externing with a New York Supreme Court Justice, serving as a Rule 9 Attorney with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, and working as a student attorney at SU’s Securities Arbitration Clinic.
Michael Swain received a bachelor’s of science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and has a background in hospitality management.
